TANNER HALL, the debut feature from Francesca Gregorini and Tatiana von Furstenberg, is a vivid peek into the private world of an all-girls boarding school. The knot of adolescent complexity is unraveled through the coming-of-age stories of four teenage girls when their friendship is jeopardized by the arrival of a new girl. While the girls embark on life altering journeys, the adults in their world struggle with the equally challenging hurdles of middle age. Rising Star Rooney Mara shines as the heart of this film, which also features great performances from Brie Larson, Amy Sedaris and Chris Kattan.
